What do I do if an item is listed as "Sold Out" on my store?

This can happen due to the following conditions:

  1. We have run out of stock, and are currently restocking our inventory, and we will let you know via email that a certain product has gone out of stock. We will also send you an email letting you know when the product has become in-stock once again.
  2. On a rare occasion, whether due to manufacturer issues or that the product has not passed our recent QA tests, the product will be discontinued, and we will let you know via email when that happens.
