My imported product isn't showing up

If you cannot find the product in your Products tab once you've imported it, please give it some time to import. Once it has completed importing, it should also appear in your Imported Products for the store you've imported it to.

If it appears in your Imported Products list on Kiwidrop, but does not appear in your Products section on Shopify, please reach out to our support team at support@getkiwidrop.com.
