*Fulfilled by Vendor orders only ship within the US

  • Shipping Rate: Is Dependent on the vendor. You will need to view the vendor shipping information on the item to confirm shipping rates for that vendor.
  • Shipping Time Frame:
    • Is Dependent on the vendor. You will need to view the vendor shipping information on the item to confirm processing times for that vendor. (Please note the shipping time specified on the items does not include transit time and is for processing only)
  • Expedited Shipping: Fulfilled by Vendor orders do not qualify for expedited shipping. All orders will ship at standard rates.
  • Shipping label & sender: UPS, USPS, etc.
  • Hold & Combine:
    • Shipments fulfilled by these Vendors cannot be combined with Shipments fulfilled by Kiwi.
    • When placing orders that contain both a Kiwi-fulfilled product and a vendor-fulfilled product, products will be shipped separately. As our standard hold and combine policy promises, you will only pay shipping once for orders containing both items with the same shipping information. Though these orders will consist of multiple shipments.

Ship to the United States:

  • Flat rate per order: $5.00 (learn how to save with our combined order feature here)
  • Shipping Time Frame:
    • From US Warehouse: 2 - 5 business days* from Processing status to doorstep. We only ship to the 50 states of America, not including outside territories.
    • From CN Warehouse: 
      • As of 11/23/2023 all international products/shipping have been discontinued.
  • Shipping label & sender: Shippers may vary based on global and domestic shipping rates. Carriers include DHL, UPS, FedEx, and USPS (KiwiDrop's US warehouse)

**At this time Kiwi's software is unable to support shipments to Military APO and FPO locations.

Where do you ship from?

We ship both from our warehouse in the U.S. and from overseas, depending on the items.

Where can you ship to?

All US based items can only be shipped within the US/Canada. Our international catalogue items can ship outside the US, please review this article for more information on approved territories for these items. Please note, if an order is placed for a US item and contains a non US shipping address, we will notify you via email requesting a new address. If no new address is provided within 3 days of receipt of our email, your order will automatically be cancelled/refunded.

What if my clients are in regions outside of the U.S., Canada, Australia, and the UK?

We can support more countries, please contact us at Our experienced supply chain team who has worked with Amazon, DHL, and Alibaba will find a way for you.

Which marketplaces can we support?

We do not officially support any marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, TikTok, etc...

Currently we only officially support Shopify and Commentsold.
We do not officially support marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, Overstock, Zulily, FB Marketplace, and other similar platforms. These services sometimes require a firm shipping time frame for tracking to be generated. We do not guarantee processing times or the time it will take to generate a tracking number you can use to satisfy your marketplace requirements. Although we try to deliver as quickly as possible and generally do, if you sell on those channels please be aware unforeseen shipping delays could affect your seller ratings. You are solely responsible for your seller ratings on marketplaces if you do not deliver tracking within the marketplaces time limits. All ship times on Kiwi are an estimation, we do not make any 100% guarantees. Kiwi does not guarantee shipping times and some marketplaces require a short window. While our goal is to get your orders out as quickly as possible there are sometimes delays due to unforeseen issues.
Many of our brands have bans on eBay, Amazon and other marketplaces so please do your homework or check with us if you aren't sure.

Your responsibilities

For all purchases, please make sure that your shipping address is correct. For orders that are returned to KiwiDrop due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.

KiwiDrop is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. If you would like to change this address, you may do so before checking out. After you have already paid the order in full, it might be hard to change the address but you should always reach out to for help. We cannot change the shipping address once it is shipped out. Once an order has been delivered to the incorrect address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
