My customer canceled their order, what do I do?

If you haven't checked out on KiwiDrop yet, don't worry, we haven't started on fulfillment, and you can press "Cancel" on an order in "Orders". You don't have to press Cancel, as we only begin processing orders you've checked out already.
If you already checked out the order on KiwiDrop, you can't cancel on the app. As long as the order's status is still "Processing", you may contact customer support at support@kiwidrop.com
