In your order detail page, you may see that the timeline (at the very bottom) may say that "KiwiDrop has sent an email" to your customer.
However, this is not the case, as we do not directly send an email to your customer. Instead, we trigger your existing emails from your Shopify, and tell your store to send them as it would any other order.
To be clear, we do not ever directly send emails to your customer.
