About the timeline on Shopify Orders
You may have noticed that in your Orders on Shopify, within the timeline section, that it says "KiwiDrop has sent a shipping confirmation email to (your customer)."
To clarify, we do not send anything directly to your customer. We just trigger an email that exists on your Shopify (which you can customize.) You can read more about this here: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/orders/notifications/edit-template
