We strongly recommend our Poshmark sellers order larger quantities using our “buy sample” feature. This will ensure you are able to have the product when needed and ship on time. Our “fulfilled by Kiwi" feature is a service we provide by storing your purchased inventory at our U.S warehouse. Using our fulfillment feature will allow us to ship the items directly to your customers on your behalf.
If you are interested in pre-selling on Poshmark without the risk of investing in inventory we can provide a drop-shipping service. If this is something you are interested please read the policies and recommendations. We advise clear communication and expectations with your customers regarding shipping and handling is needed for a successful experience.
What to do when you get a Poshmark order
When your item sells, Poshmark will send you a prepaid, pre-addressed USPS Priority Mail shipping label to your email address linked to your Poshmark account.
After 4 hours of the order being confirmed, place an order with the same items on Kiwi, Kiwi will send you a confirmation email with a Kiwi order number. When checking out, make sure to write ‘Poshmark Order’ in the Order Note section (see screenshot below) in the shopping cart, to let Kiwi know the original order is coming from Poshmark. (You must fill the Order Note!)
Forwarding the Shipping Label
Please forward the email with the shipping label from Poshmark to firstname.lastname@example.org, as soon as possible. (Buyers can cancel the order within the first 4 hours due to an accidental purchase.)
When forwarding the email, change the subject line to ‘KiwiDrop Order# XXX - Poshmark Shipping Label’, replace ‘XXXX’ with the Kiwi order number, and write the Kiwi order number and customer shipping address as the screenshot shows below.
