Shipping Policy

Shipping speed varies by location.

Ship to the United States:

  • Flat rate per order: $5.00 (learn how to save with our combined order feature here)
  • Speed:
    • From US Warehouse: 2 - 5 business days* from Processing status to doorstep. We only ship to the 50 states of America, not including outside territories.
    • From CN Warehouse:
      • Regular items: 5 - 10 business days* from Processing status to doorstep.
      • Made-to-order items: 8 - 12 business days* from Processing status to doorstep.
  • Shipping label & sender: Shipper may vary based on global and domestic shipping rates. Carriers include DHL, UPS, FedEx, and USPS (KiwiDrop's US warehouse)

**Kiwi ships to Military APO and FPO locations. Transit time to these locations varies due to Military mail procedures. Please note once USPS delivers to the primary APO, shipment becomes Military mail responsibility and could cause further delay/risk of loss of shipment.

Ship to Canada:

  • Flat rate per order: $5.00

  • Speed: 10 to 20 business days* from Processing status to doorstep.

  • Shipping label & sender: UBI etc.

Ship to Australia/UK:

  • Flat rate per order: $5.00

  • Speed: 7 to 14 business days* from Processing status to doorstep.

  • Shipping label & sender: DHL, FedEx, other, etc.

Regions we do not ship to:

  • Puerto Rico

* Please note that these shipping times are estimates as ship times are not guaranteed due to many factors regarding transit that are out of our control.

Where do you ship from?

We ship both from our warehouse in the U.S. and from overseas, depending on the items.

What if my clients are in regions outside of the U.S., Canada, and Australia, and the UK?

We can support more countries, please contact us at support@kiwidrop.com. Our experienced supply chain team who has worked Amazon, DHL and Alibaba will find a way for you.

Your responsibilities

For all purchases, please make sure that your shipping address is correct. For orders that are returned to KiwiDrop due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.

KiwiDrop is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. If you would like to change this address, you may do so before checking out. After you have already paid the order in full, it might be hard to change the address but you should always reach out to support@kiwidrop.com for help. We cannot change the shipping address once it is shipped out. Once an order has been delivered to the incorrect address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
