Troubleshooting “Can't ship to this location” bug.
If you have problems with shipping locations during check out, or just want to reset your shipping rates, you should follow this guide.
||1. Go to Settings at the bottom right of your
|2. Select Shipping and delivery|
|3. Go to your General shipping rates, and hit Manage.|
|Scroll down until you see the “Not Shipping from” at the bottom of the screen|
|4. If there is KiwiDrop in there as the above screenshot, press “Use same rates as”, and pick the first one on the list. This will let you use the same rates as most of your other products you carry.|
|5. Once you’ve pressed “Done”, Kiwidrop should move up to the top with the other rates like as below|
