We are proud to announce one of our newest services, Fulfilled by Vendors!

We are proud to announce one of our newest services, Fulfilled by Vendors! We have partnered with some of our closest vendors to bring you this service. These vendors have agreed to offer competitive pricing, access to their inventory, and order fulfillment straight from their warehouses! Similar to Kiwi Fulfillment all you have to do is place your order and our vendors will handle the rest!

How this affects your order?

  • Your orders will be fulfilled and shipped directly from the vendor's warehouse (in a discrete manner just as Kiwi fulfillment).
  • The Quality Inspection process is consistent with Kiwi's and tested directly by Kiwi to ensure you receive Kiwi's Standard Quality.
  • Allowing the vendor to fulfill the order will allow for more a broader selection for you.

1. Shipping Information

**Fulfilled by Vendor orders only ship within the US

  • Shipping Rate: $5.00 flat rate per order
  • Shipping Time Frame:
    • Processing begins within 48 hours of order placement.
    • Estimated 2-5 Business Days* from processing status to doorstep
  • Expedited Shipping is NOT available: Fulfilled by Vendor orders do not qualify for expedited shipping. All orders will ship at standard rates.
  • Shipping label & sender: UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.
  • Hold & Combine:
    • Shipments fulfilled by these Vendors cannot be combined with Shipments fulfilled by Kiwi.
    • When placing orders that contains both a Kiwi-fulfilled product and a vendor-fulfilled product, products will be shipped separately and multiple shipping charges will take effect. As our standard hold and combine policy promises, orders containing Kiwi products will be treated to standard. Orders mixed with Kiwi and other vendors will be shipped in multiple packages and receive separate shipping charges.
    • Hold & combine is not supported between orders fulfilled by Vendors. 

2. Return Policy

As part of our Kiwi commitment, all fulfilled vendor orders will qualify for returns following our standard Returns & Refunds Policy. Please review our return policy here to confirm your order does qualify.

  • Return Timeline: All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of return approval/submission to qualify for a full refund.
  • Please note our return address is different from our shipping address, so please contact our customer service to submit a return request.
